From sample to certificate.
The full path a sample takes through the lab, from intake to issued certificate.

Submission
Specify the compound, approximate quantity, and physical form, along with where results should be sent. Anonymous submission is available.

Shipping
On submission you receive the shipping address and a sample identifier. Arrival is confirmed within one business day.

Intake
Each sample is logged, photographed, and weighed on arrival. Physical condition is recorded, along with any discrepancy against the submitted description, and the sample is stored pending analysis.

Analysis
The sample is separated into its constituent components and compared against a characterized reference to confirm identity. Quantitative content is measured against the same reference.

Review
Results are reviewed and the final values calculated by the analyst of record. No certificate is issued without that review.

Certificate
The certificate reports identity, quantitative content, any additional testing requested, and a verification code. It is emailed to the submitting party and published to the public results record.

Identity
The sample is confirmed to be the compound stated. Substitution is reported as found.
Content
Quantitative content is measured and reported as mg per vial or mg/mL, independent of the labelled claim.
Impurities
Material present beyond the stated compound is reported by relative amount.

Do I get my sample back?
No. Remaining material is destroyed after analysis and the certificate is issued.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. You choose at checkout whether your certificate is published or kept private. Your name is never printed on a published certificate, and a private certificate is released only to you.
Do you ever withhold a result?
No. The certificate reports what the analysis found, whether or not it matches the label claim. Results are never altered or suppressed at a client request.
Ready to send a sample?
Results are issued within 3 to 5 business days of arrival at the lab.
