White lyophilized powder, blue-cap vial, received sealed. The sample was injected twice and tirzepatide was not found in either injection (detection limit about 0.2 mg per vial). No peptide was detected at any point in the run. The only significant peak is an early eluting unidentified UV-absorbing component.
