White lyophilized powder, white-cap vial, received sealed. The sample was injected twice, the second time at ten times the normal load, and retatrutide was not found in either injection (detection limit about 0.02 mg per vial). The dashed traces show the first injection and a retatrutide reference run on the same method, marking where retatrutide elutes. The only significant peak is an early eluting unidentified UV-absorbing component.
